About Leovara Education
Leovara Education was founded by Laishah Matthews, drawing on experience across teaching, school leadership, special assistance education, and professional learning environments.
Working across schools and broader learning contexts highlighted a consistent reality: learning often struggles not because people are unwilling or incapable, but because it has not been designed clearly or intentionally around their needs.
Good learning design considers not only the content being taught, but the people, environments, and realities surrounding it.
That perspective continues to shape the work at Leovara Education – designing learning that is thoughtful, practical, and responsive to the people and environments it is created to support.
